Match Results 8th February 2020

Despite difficult conditions we progress into the quarter finals of the Intermediate cup with a comprehensive victory over Richill. Darren Stuart opened the scoring & goals from Jay Donnelly & Brendan Shannon gave us a 3-0 interval lead. The second half saw us continue to control the game, Darren Stuart scored the 4th & Kevin Lynch got our 5th. In the closing stages Richhill pulled back a consolation goal, so we look forward to the 1/4 final draw this week. Man of the match shared between Daniel Hanna & Emmet Templeton who were both superb on the day.

Patrick McLaughlins team continues their unbeaten run with an impressive victory over Mallusk. In a totally one sided game the reserves continue to put pressure on the 1st team squad. Goals from James Larkin, Ciaran Mckissock & two from Ciaran Carson were eclipsed by a goal from Patrick McLaughlin. As we all know it was a very difficult week for Packie & this goal had special significance for him. This result leaves us 2pts behind the leaders with 2 games in hand.
